Updated PLB-59F, the Plugging Single Heavy Wire

Updated the form in sizes from #2 to #1/0 to be more balanced and easily hookable form from the new production lot.

Accordingly, following change will be done;
1. The number of pieces in one bag, check product page.
2. A part of the print card design as shown below.

The new package will be started shipping as soon as the stock of the current package runs out.
